Born in the early 1970s on the east coast of China, I grew up in the countryside until I attended ZheDa. After I earned my BA in English, I taught college students English for six years. Besides teaching, I frequently participated in grading CET 4 & 6 English writing tests. After I came to the U.S. with my family, I enrolled in a graduate program and earned my Master's degree in computer science, which led me to work as a system analyst. Meanwhile, I have spent years helping people with their school application essays, aiding applicants in getting admitted into top American universities. At Ansipen, I have specialized in helping students write personalized application statements that stand apart from the rest. I have also coauthored Must Read: ANSIPEN Successful Graduate School Application Essay Writing Guide. Qing Hua has helped many Chinese students and professionals develop successful graduate school application essays, job application cover letters and resumes that reflect each individual's strength and uniqueness. Having experienced twists and turns during her own application days, she well understands hopes and doubts experienced by applicants going through each stage. She is often amazed by stimulating personal life stories sent to her and enjoys working with all types of applicants. Qing holds a BS degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University, a MA degree in Organizational Communications from University of Delaware, and has been working for a Fortune 500 company in Colorado. She likes to travel, read, write, listen to music, hike mountains, and try out new things such as water skiing and skydiving.

I was born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, a city midway between New York City and Philadelphia. After earning a BA degree in chemistry from Franklin and Marshall College, I was a guest English instructor at the University of Fan Noli in Korçe, Albania. I returned to the US to teach chemistry for the next three years, where I also served as an academic adviser and wrestling coach. Before joining the Ansipen team, I became a PhD. candidate at the University of Colorado at Boulder, conducting nano-material physics research at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Collectively these experiences enable me to help the unique and varied clients who come to Ansipen to pursue their dreams.
A short description by Dr. Jian Zhang
As an editor at Ansipen, I have been helping Chinese students on their applications to foreign universities and research institutes. After so many Personal Statements, resumes, recommendation letters, one must wonder: aren’t you bored? On the contrary, I found it more fascinating! The job is cerebral, challenging, and fulfilling. Every applicant is unique, consequently each writing job is different from others. I have to ponder over each PS, tailor each resume, and adjust each letter to make the applicant a perfect match for her dream program. What a creative and wonderful job, don’t you think? Working with a non-profit research organization in U.S., I communicate with researchers in US, Canada, UK, Australia, and other countries daily, primarily via telephone and email. Traveling all over North America, I have met different kinds of people, among them researchers, professors, and bureaucrats. With an in-depth understanding of western ways of thinking, I know what professors want from prospective students. That is why I can develop effective application writings for Chinese students.So entrust your application writing to us and we will help you fulfill your dream of studying abroad.
